Questions couples ask
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 7-day trial is free and needs no card. You only subscribe if you love it — and everything you've built is kept.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. The invitation is a website: it opens straight from the WhatsApp link, on any phone. RSVP, give a gift and send photos — all without installing anything.
Do you keep part of the gifts?
With direct Pix, no — 100% lands in your account. If you'd rather receive through the platform (card and automatic Pix, with no receipts to check), there is a small service fee per payment, shown on the dashboard before you choose.
How do we receive the gift money?
Two ways: Pix straight into your account (QR on the invitation, no fee) or through the platform — the guest pays by card or Pix and we transfer it with the fee already deducted. You choose on the dashboard.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. No lock-in and no penalty: just don't renew. If the plan expires, the site stays online for 7 courtesy days before pausing — nothing is deleted.
What happens to the site after the wedding?
It stays online for as long as the subscription lasts — many couples keep it for a while so everyone can download the photos. Before you leave, you can download everything.
Can we use our wedding's colors and fonts?
Yes. The invitation takes your palette and fonts from Google Fonts — plus your own photos, monogram and texts. Every invitation looks like the couple.
What if I need help setting it up?
The dashboard is made for non-techies, but if you get stuck on anything just message support on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out together.
